The call for instructors for AcappellaFest 2012 is now open!
To be considered as a workshop leader and/or masterclinician for Acappellafest 2012 (University of Chicago 10/20/12), complete the application form by Friday 18 May. We welcome proposals for workshops on any aspect of a cappella music: from technique and arrangement through performance and recording to history and criticism.
You will be notified of our decision by Friday 8 June. If the decision is positive, you will be asked to submit title and workshop description, any AV requests, a first draft of any materials for your workshop, your brief biography, and a headshot by Friday 15 June. Workshops and masterclasses are held Saturday 20 October 2012.

Each winning group took home a coveted trophy!
Cloud 9 won the opportunity to open for Chapter 6 on Saturday night and they took the stage by storm! The audience was amazed with a mash-up of “Take Me Out” and “Crazy” and a nice rendition of “Stacey’s Mom.”

These groups are competing for trophies and the ultimate prize of opening for the festival headliner Chapter 6!
